100 Mile Club Refund Policy

Thank you for your continued support of 100 Mile Club!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value within 30 days of your original purchase.

Exempt Goods

Program supplies, including 100 Mile Club Incentive Packages, are not eligible for refunds when purchased by a school/district/organization. Incentive packages are eligible for exchanges as detailed below.

100 Mile Club Incentive Packages purchased by an individual (example: 100 Mile Club TO GO! Program) may be refunded subject to all other terms in this policy.

Exchanges

Generally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unused, unworn shirts included in the 100 Mile Club Incentive Package may be exchanged for different sizes within the school year in which they were initially sold (based on availability).

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

•  Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
•  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
•  Exempt goods are not eligible for refunds (see details above).

Shipping

•  After your return has been approved, you may be sent a return label.
•  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
•  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
